Veranstaltungs-Tickets

• Tickets can be changed for a small fee
• All tickets cannot be exchanged if the event is carried out properly
• If the event is cancelled or does not take place, the full ticket price will be refunded.
• In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, official bans, security threats or other unforeseeable events beyond our control), there is no legal entitlement to a refund. However, we always endeavour to find an amicable solution together with our customers.
• As a gesture of goodwill, refunds can also be made in the form of event vouchers, shop vouchers or other equivalent services in all cases.
• The official rules and regulations apply to visitors on the day of the event
• Changes to these measures are not grounds for cancellation

Stargäste & Autogramme

• Star guests can cancel their appearance at any time - In the event of cancellation by a star guest: autograph and photo tickets will be refunded as a voucher or compensated by a replacement ticket, but admission tickets will not be refunded
• Autographs are limited to 1 item per person
• Items brought along at your own risk

Höhere Gewalt
In the event of unforeseeable events (natural disasters, official orders, security threats, strikes), there is generally no entitlement to a refund. Vouchers may be issued as a gesture of goodwill.

Haftung
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. No liability is accepted for loss/damage to items brought onto the premises.

Gerichtsstand
The place of jurisdiction is Germany. German law shall apply.
