After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Depending on the event and ticket type, your ticket may be included directly in your confirmation, provided separately by email or made available through the respective ticketing provider.

Please always use the same email address you entered when placing your order. If you cannot find your confirmation or ticket, please check your spam and junk folders first.

This depends on the event and ticketing system. Unless otherwise stated on the product or event page, the name on the order does not need to match the person attending the event.

However, certain VIP, VVIP or special packages may require the purchaser’s name or additional verification during check-in. Please always check the information for your specific event.

Tickets for events taking place on a specific date are generally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. Simply changing your mind or no longer being able to attend does not normally entitle you to a refund.

Different rules may apply if an event is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed. Please refer to the applicable Terms & Conditions for the full legal provisions.

VIP and VVIP inclusions vary depending on the event and artist. Possible inclusions are:

• Priority Entry
• First Entry
• Soundcheck access
• Exclusive merchandise
• Signed items
• Special credentials or lanyards
• Other event-specific extras

Please check the individual ticket description carefully before purchasing. Only the benefits explicitly listed in the product description are included in your package.

This depends on the event. For some events, VIP and VVIP are complete ticket categories and already include concert admission. For others, VIP or VVIP is sold as an upgrade and requires a separate valid admission ticket.

The product description clearly states whether admission is included. Please make sure you have all required tickets before attending.

Artist Benefits are optional fan experiences connected to selected Proud Nerd events. Depending on the artist and event, these may include:

• Individual Photo-Op
• Group Photo-Op
• Autograph
• Hi-Touch or Hi-Bye
• Special fan activities
• Other artist-specific experiences

Benefits are not automatically included in a concert ticket unless explicitly stated.

In most cases, yes. A Benefit does not normally replace your admission ticket — you need a valid ticket for the corresponding event, concert or convention to access the venue and take part in the Benefit.

Some special events may have different rules. These will be clearly stated on the respective product page.

This depends on your ticket category and whether you have VIP, VVIP or Artist Benefits. General Admission guests should follow the published door time; VIP/VVIP and Benefit holders may need to arrive significantly earlier.

Please do not rely on the concert start time alone when planning your arrival.

We want our events to be accessible to as many fans as possible. Accessibility arrangements depend heavily on the individual venue.

If you need wheelchair access, an accessible viewing area or assistance from a companion, please check the venue information and contact us or the venue before purchasing where necessary. At some venues, companion tickets are handled directly by the venue rather than by Proud Nerd.

Age restrictions depend on the country, venue, event and applicable youth protection regulations. Please check the event page and venue information before purchasing a ticket for a minor.

Where required, minors may need to be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or authorized adult.
